Product Overview

Dürma+ DynaSorb Super Absorbent Dressings are multi-layered, one-piece dressings designed to manage moderate to high levels of wound exudate. Available in both non-adherent and self-adherent options, each dressing features a contact layer and a waterproof backing to help prevent external contamination. The super absorbent polymer core rapidly draws in exudate and locks it away, reducing the risk of maceration while supporting a moist wound environment to promote healing. Soft and pliable, the dressings conform easily to curved or hard-to-dress areas and allow for a range of patient movement. Suitable for use as a primary or secondary dressing to manage leg and pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, donor sites, and partial- to full-thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4.
